What Is the Accessible Care Initiative
The Accessible Care Initiative (ACI) is our commitment to breaking down financial barriers to therapy. Whether you're navigating a tight budget, in a life transition, or simply unable to access traditional therapy costs, you deserve support.
Through ACI, we offer low-cost and pro bono (free) therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Florida and the U.S Virgin Islands via Telehealth and in-person at our St.Thomas office.

Through ACI, eligible clients can access:

Rates start as low as $0 - $50 based on availability and need.
Who Provides the Services?
Services are provided by licensed clinicians, provisionally licensed clinicians, and graduate-level interns, under the direct supervision of Kyla A. Alexander, M.S., LMFT, QS. You will receive high-quality, compassionate care with the oversight of a licensed clinical director.
