ISC GRADUATE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

Training the next generation of compassionate, culturally competent clinicians.

The ISC Graduate Fellowship Program is a structured clinical training and mentorship experience designed for graduate-level counseling, social work, and marriage and family therapy students. Through direct client work, supervision, and professional development, our fellows grow into well-rounded, confident clinicians who are prepared to lead with empathy, skill, and cultural humility.

Ideal Candidates

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited mental health program

  • Seeking internship or practicum placement

  • Passionate about serving diverse populations

  • Professional, teachable, and aligned with ISC'S mission

 

Program Highlights 

  • Weekly individual and group supervision

  • Hands-on experience with individuals, families, and couples

  • Opportunities to co-lead workshops, events, and community outreach

  • Access to curated clinical resources and case consultation

  • Collaborative work environment with a focus on inclusion and excellence

  • Training in documentation, assessments, and treatment planning

  • Experience with private pay, sliding scale, and pro bono

 

Supervision & Support

All fellows are supervised by Kyla A. Alexander, M.S., LMFT, QS, a licensed marriage and family therapist and qualified supervisor. Our supervision model integrates trauma-informed care, cultural responsiveness, and professional identity formation.

Location & Format 

In-Person: St. Thomas, U.S Virgin Islands

Telehealth: Florida and U.S Virgin Islands
