ISC GRADUATE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
Training the next generation of compassionate, culturally competent clinicians.
The ISC Graduate Fellowship Program is a structured clinical training and mentorship experience designed for graduate-level counseling, social work, and marriage and family therapy students. Through direct client work, supervision, and professional development, our fellows grow into well-rounded, confident clinicians who are prepared to lead with empathy, skill, and cultural humility.

Supervision & Support
All fellows are supervised by Kyla A. Alexander, M.S., LMFT, QS, a licensed marriage and family therapist and qualified supervisor. Our supervision model integrates trauma-informed care, cultural responsiveness, and professional identity formation.

Telehealth: Florida and U.S Virgin Islands
